Monash SDS encourages parents to arrange for all medication to be taken outside of school hours. However, Monash SDS understands that students may need to take medication at school or during school activities. If medication is required during school hours, please complete the Medication Authority Form (for ongoing medication) or the temporary Medication Authorisation, discuss with the School nurse and hand medication directly to office staff or school nurses.
